Terms & Conditions

  • Qualifying Product Categories: All products qualify, excluding Gas and Refrigerants.
  • Eligible Customers: Open to COD and 30-Day Account Holders only.
  • Excluded Customers: Distributors, opposition, and cash-over-the-counter customers.
  • Promotion Period: 5 January – 31 March 2026.
  • No entries, claims, or redemptions will be accepted before the start date or after the end date.
  • Winner Selection: Winners will be selected by a lucky draw at the end of April 2026.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to approve or decline participation in the promotion at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the campaign period with reasonable prior notice, provided participants are not prejudiced.
  • Employees, agents, suppliers, and immediate family linked to the Promoter may not participate unless internal participation is explicitly allowed.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Prizes are correct at the time of launch. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with similar items should any unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • No customer back orders will be factored into entries.
  • Participating customers consent to receiving campaign-related communications.
  • Disqualification: Accounts not up to date, or where abuse or manipulation of the promotion is detected, will be disqualified.
  • Goods purchased during the promotional period cannot be returned after the campaign end date, except for valid warranty claims.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays due to supplier shortages, inventory constraints, strikes, extreme weather, load shedding, or infrastructure failures.
  • All disputes will be handled by the Promoter’s authorised representative. Decisions are final.
  • Participation in the promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • New accounts opened during the campaign period do not qualify for double entries.
